Terms and Conditions
Easimail is a product of Flatspin Web Solutions.
By selecting to use the Easimail product you accept these terms and conditions. All services provided by Easimail are subject to this Agreement. By agreeing to use Easimail you are also agreeing to abide to the Easimail Privacy Policy and the Easimail Anti-Spam Policy.
Billing
Monthly subscriptions will be charged according to the agreed amount on the sign-up, unless the client goes beyond the stipulated email sends - whereby the client will be billed accordingly. Monthly invoices will be issued on the 25th day of each month. (unless it is not a working day)
Penalties
If Easimail receives a complaint from the Easimail hosts, or any email governing bodies that a client has sent unsolicited email; the sender will receive notification of the complaint. Easimail will then require that the client provides proof that the recipient opted-in for the email. In the case that the client can not provide proof, the sender will be fined R200 per offence.
In extreme cases, if Easimail finds that a client has abused the system, Easimail reserves the right to cancel a client's account without refund.
