I'm often traveling and don't have access to my desk - Can I still make use of Easimail?

I have hundreds of subscribers. Can I easily find a person's details -or do I have to sift through pages of data?
Easimail has a search function that allows you to easily search on many different fields: including email addresses, names, surnames, company name, physical addresses, etc. For example, you can plug in a person's first name and Easimail will spit out all subscribers with that same name. You can then select the person you were looking for and easily view all that person's particulars.
I need my emails to be personalised. Is this possible with Easimail?
Yes - Easimail uses the first name field in the database to personalise every email you send out. Therefore, when you upload your subscriber list, make sure whatever you want it to read..Dear "salutation" must be in the first name field.
How can I check to see what my newsletter will look like before I send it out?
Easimail allows you to quickly preview your newsletter at any stage of the process of creating a newsletter. It is also recomended that you send a test to yourself, before sending to the entire database.
How many emails can I send out in one sitting?
It depends on the package you choose when you sign up. If you go slightly over your quota, we won't bhatt and eyelid - if you go way over, we'll bump you up to the next package for that month. Visit our costing section for a run down of the packages that we offer.
In a newsletter, can I create links to my website?
Yes! You are able to easily create a hyperlink to any website or email address. You can also personalise the wording of the link, for eg. click here to view our website. Another function of Easimail is that you can then track the number of times that these links get clicked by your subscribers!
How do I change/format the content of my newsletter?
With your predesigned branded template, the only thing you have to do is add the content – all the rest of the formatting and layout is done for you.
Although the newsletter was marked as 'sent successfully' it seems like it has not been received as yet?
The system caters for large volumes of emails. It queues them and sends them according to date and time.
So if your mail has been marked as sent it could possibly still be in the queue, or alternatively it could still be waiting to be downloaded by the client's ISP.
Can I enter images into a newsletter?
Yes, with Easimail you can easlily upload a picture and form an image library. You can then insert and place the pictures wherever you prefer in an article.
How do I test my newsletter before I send it to my subsciber list?
You can preview your newsletter at any time while assembling it - and then send a test mail to yourself.
I am concerned that Easimail may slow down my computer even more than it is already. Won't it make my internet speed even slower?
No, It puts no strain on your system. The send is done through Easimail. So you can even turn your computer off, when you have hit send for the final time.
