Easimail has been around for quite a few years and we have made a corporate decision to retire the product and move all our existing clients on to our new emailing system. Changes to various technologies require us to either retire Easimail or to rebuild it, and the latter is not an option at this stage.

We have partnered with WORKetc, an international company that has been around for more than 10 years in the field. The new system offers the same functionality as Easimail but is a far superior product in terms of mail send out and response tracking. It also serves to comply efficiently with anti-spam requirements. Another advantage is that we can set the newsletter to come from your own domain.

WORKetc is actually much more involved than a simple newsletter generator. It’s primarily a CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool, but it can do much more. It can take care of all timesheet logging, quoting, contact management, project management, invoicing, payment capture, work calendars, and much more. Existing Easimail clients may choose either to use only the newsletter functionality or they may use the complete system as they see fit - without any additional charges. The costs of the new system are on a par with what you would currently be paying for Easimail - but instead with a whole lot of additional benefits! The main difference in costing is that the new system is billed per user - if you only need one user then you will be paying less than what you currently pay for Easimail. In terms of this cost, WORKetc will bill you directly at $39 per user.
